Hi, I'm Kerryn.

 
I spent over 20 years struggling with my weight - trying more exercise, less food, and every diet or gym challenge I could find. Then a melanoma scare changed everything. At age 46, I stopped punishing my body and started nourishing it properly.
 
Within 12 weeks eating whole plant foods, following the principle of calorie density & simple plate building, eating large volumes of food, I lost 7kg, and I’ve been able to keep it off for over 6 years, even through menopause. 
 
But that’s not all, my digestion, mental clarity, moods, problem skin and sinuses all cleared up, and my energy returned in volumes, no more 3 pm slump!
 
That experience led me to develop the PLANT Method - the 5 simple habits I still follow to this day, and use with clients to help them drop 20-80lb without feeling like they’re “on a diet”.
