Who am I?

 
Hi, I'm Kerryn, The Plant Power Coach.
I’m a certified health and life coach who spent 20 years trying to figure out how to lose or maintain my own ideal body weight.
I felt like I tried everything. I would do “great” for a while, then I’d slide back into old habits and blame myself.
A melanoma diagnosis in my mid 40s forced me to take my health seriously, and it led me to whole foods plant based nutrition.
The science worked. My body responded fast, releasing unpleasant health symptoms & stubborn weight that previously felt so hard to lose.
Wanting to help others achieve similar health transformations is what motivated me to become a coach.
I've now been coaching online since 2020, and have worked with some incredible humans who've achieved amazing health & weight transformations, even though they felt stuck, scared and hopeless before we started.
